DaoEast wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started with a question I kept asking myself late at night: why do I feel so busy, yet so empty?
Like many of you, I was stuck in the loop. Scroll, work, worry, sleep. Repeat. My mind never stopped — not during meals, not during conversations, not even when I closed my eyes. I tried meditation apps. I tried breathing exercises. I tried “positive thinking.” Nothing stuck.
Then one day, a friend handed me a small, unpolished stone. “Just hold it,” she said. “When your thoughts start racing, put it in your hand.”
