A: You can cleanse your crystal by placing it under the full moon overnight, using sound (like a singing bowl), or gently rinsing it with cool water (check if your stone is water-safe first). Avoid water for stones like selenite or pyrite. Sage smudging is also an option, but we recommend researching proper methods.
Q: Do crystals have healing properties?
A: Crystals are often used in mindfulness practices to support intention, focus, and emotional balance. They are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult a doctor. We do not claim that our crystals cure or treat any illness.

A: Each order includes a small card with a message related to your stone’s intention (e.g., “Nothing can touch you here.”). It’s a gentle reminder to pause and breathe.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order is processed. After 24 hours or once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
