30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original packaging without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Due to the natural variations in crystals and gemstones, slight differences in color, texture, or clarity from product images are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@daoeast.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Original shipping charges are non-reffundable

Alternative Resolution for International Returns

Because return shipping costs for international orders can be high, we offer alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may propose:

· Partial refund: You keep the item, and we refund a portion of the purchase price.
· Discount on a future order: As a goodwill gesture.

These options are available for situations where the return reason is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake). If the item arrived damaged or defective, you are still eligible for a full refund or replacement as described above.

To discuss an alternative resolution, simply email us with your order number and a brief explanation. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Items returned after 30 days
